Context: In light of upcoming European environmental regulations set to take effect by 2025, significant changes are anticipated in the packaging and retail of dairy products. Individual packaging will phase out, leading to reduced shelf space for product variety and personality in supermarket aisles.
Problem: In a carefully curated and regulated future, how can we redefine the concept of pleasure in consuming dairy products, given the constraints imposed by the law?
Given that this design is part of a whole consumption system, we decided to design an app that allows users to pre-order their yogurts before arriving at the store. Users can also place orders and customize their yogurts on-site in the store through the interface of the machine.
The concept allows for infinite customization, giving users free rein to unleash their imagination.
And finally, here is a bit of the design process and tools used (personas, moodboards, user journey...)
